🚀 GullyHabits Personal OS — Connect your long-term life goals with everyday scheduled actions.
How It Works

Move from intention to action in a few simple steps.

GullyHabits helps you decide what matters, define where you want to go and schedule the actions that will take you there.

Choose an area. Set a goal. Schedule the actions. Make progress.
1
Step 1: Choose Your Life Areas

Begin with what matters to you.

Select the areas of life you want to focus on. Use all eight default areas, select only a few, or create a custom area that reflects your priorities.

You remain in control of what appears in your account.

2
Step 2: Create a Goal

Define the result you want.

Give your goal a clear name and connect it to a life area.

You can also include:

• Why it matters
• When you want to begin
• Your target date
• Its priority
• How progress should be measured

A clear goal gives your actions direction.

3
Step 3: Break It Into Tasks

Decide what needs to be done.

Add the practical actions required to move towards your goal.

Instead of vague intentions: "Improve my health"

Create actionable steps such as:

✓ Walk for 30 minutes
✓ Plan meals for the week
✓ Schedule a health check-up
✓ Sleep by 10:30 PM

Clear actions make the next step easier to understand.

4
Step 4: Schedule the Actions

Decide when progress will happen.

Give every task:

• A date
• A time
• A duration
• An optional reminder

Scheduling turns a general intention into a real commitment on your day.

5
Step 5: Repeat Important Actions

Build consistency through recurring tasks.

If an action should happen regularly, choose how often it repeats. Use recurring actions for exercise, learning, financial reviews, family time, meditation, home maintenance and other routines.

6
Step 6: Work From Today

Focus on the actions in front of you.

Open the Today view to see everything planned for the day. Mark actions complete as you finish them. If something cannot be completed, move it to tomorrow or select another suitable date.

7
Step 7: Review Your Progress

Understand what is moving forward.

See completed tasks, overdue actions, recurring-task consistency and progress towards individual goals. Review what is working, adjust what is not and continue with greater clarity.

Complete Example: From Goal to Progress

Area: Personal Growth & Learning

Goal: Improve public-speaking skills

Why: Communicate ideas with greater confidence

Target date: 31 December 2026

Actions:

Read for 20 minutes every evening Daily Habit
Prepare one five-minute speech each week Weekly Habit
Practise speaking on camera every Saturday Saturday
Attend a speaking session every Sunday Sunday

Each action appears on the relevant day. As actions are completed, the goal shows visible progress.

Start with one area, one goal and one action.

You do not need to plan everything today. Begin with something that matters and schedule the first practical step.
